[Son-announce] SoN Update & Mailing List Meltdown

Hello All,

(...or, at least, all of you who are left...)

As you may be aware if you've visited the SoN official site or MySpace 
page recently, the server hosting the SoN Mailing list experienced a 
meltdown last week (not sure of the details, I think an elephant sat on 
it or there was some kind of robot rebellion -- you'd have to ask Fozz)  
and we lost our listee data. All of it. Six years of collecting e-mail 
addresses, gone in a flash. Frustrating, yes, but life goes on. Or so 
I've been told.

Anyway, I've managed to reconstruct a partial list from old sign-up 
sheets and my own e-mail archives, so if you're one of the handful of 
folks receiving this message, you've been re-subscribed and I've saved 
you from the dreadful task of having to do it yourself...or even 
choosing whether you wanted it done in the first place. Free will is so 
overrated, don't you think? *

Things are semi-quiet in SoNWorld at the moment. We're working on 
material for a new CD (which we promise won't take 3 years to come out 
like the last one) and will be getting back on the road for some 
Colorado shows in March.

Looking forward to a fruitful and multiplying 2007. Thanks for being there.
